Client Report

As a client answer the following questions:
How did you decide what content and images to use for your site plan?
Since my site was based around a video game and the characters in it, I just used the images and descriptions of the characters in the game
How did you communicate with your developer? Was there any issues with communication?
I spoke in person with my developer, showing them the wireframe and content to be added. There were no issues with communication.
Did your developer meet your expectations for your site?
The developer did meet my expectations for my site based on the site plan, albeit without all 56 animatronics, but I can't really blame them for not including all of them.
What will you do differently next time you hire a team to do a project for you?
Next time I hire a team, I would probably avoid making a site plan with such extensive content, as that really made the project take longer than it needed to and it wasn't even completely finished with all 56 animatronics.

Lead Developer Report

As the leader of a development team answer the following questions:
How did you manage your development team and comunicate the tasks for your junior devs?
I gave them the wireframes and site plan and each of them chose one of the child pages to work on.
How did you communicate with your client? Was there any issues?
I spoke to my client in person and emailed them asking if they wanted anything changed. There were no issues, as when they were not in class I simply emailed them.
How did you handle publishing your clients site and sharing it with the client?
I simply pushed the site onto github, made a link for the homepage, and gave the link to the client.
How was your experience with managing your site with GitHub?
I didn't understand why certain links weren't working at times, but it wasn't too hard to understand overall.

Junior Developer Report

As junior developer of a few teams answer the following questions:
How did you communicate with your team lead? Was there any issues?
I communicated with my lead developers in person and over email. At times I could not contact them, but I did eventually get what I needed from the site plan.
Did you know what was expected of you for each site?
I did know what was expected from each site based on the site plan and instructions from the lead developers.
Were you able to contribute to your sites?
I was able to create my sites based on the site plan given to me.
Did you run into any issues with GitHub and adding your changes to the sites?
I didn't have any issues adding my site to github, but setting up the repositories in the first place did take a bit of work.

General Experience and Reflections

Answer the following general questions:
What was the most challenging part of this project for you? Were you able to overcome it?
The most challenging part of this project was making the sites based on someone else's site plan, but with patience and a bit of help from ai, I was able to figure it out.
What did you enjoy most about this project?
Honestly, I enjoyed seeing my site plan become a real website the most. The lead developer and two junior developers did quite a good job.
What would you do differently if you could do the project again?
I would probably change the subject of the website to not include a long list of stuff like 56 animatronics.
Do you feel more confident in working on real-world projects after this experience? Explain.
I feel a bit more confident in working on real projects, as I was able to take a vision someone had and make it a reality with code. It's amazing what you can do with knowledge of how html and css works. I'm not an expert by any means, but I am much more confident than I was at the beginning of the semester.
